What is Vegan?
Many individuals follow what is known as a Vegan diet; they subscribe to a lifestyle that excludes any form of animal exploitation and cruelty. As part of this lifestyle, these individuals avoid any form of animal sourced food products, including, milk, butter, cheese, eggs and any form of animal based clothing including leather jackets.
Those who have adopted a vegan diet, usually consume food products that have a soy base. There are many different diets amongst those who follow claim to be vegan – whole foods vegan diet, raw food vegan diet, 80/10/10 diet, starch vegan diet, raw till 4 diet and junk food vegan diet.
